Our Professional Servicing Solutions
Our workshop manager will program a schedule of PMIs, MOT preparation, book MOT tests, Roller Brake testing, LOLAR testing and Tacho calibration. We have a large stock of serviceable items supplied by manufacturers, plus regular late afternoon deliveries from suppliers to minimize the downtime of your vehicles. Our technicians are all time-served and qualified HGV technicians, we do not cut corners or supply substandard parts. We have our own fully-equipped workshop located in Basildon, Essex which can maintain and service fleets of all sizes and cater for all makes and models of vehicles and trailer types.
What types of services are there?
Interim Service
An interim service is recommended every 6 months or 6,000 miles – whichever comes sooner. An interim service includes:
- Checking lights, brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, and all fluid levels.
- Visual checks on your car and wheels.
- Oil change.
- Oil filter replacement.
- Inspect the drive belt.
Full Service
A full service is recommended every 12 months or 12,000 miles – whichever comes sooner. A full service includes all interim service checks plus up to 80 other checks including:
- Fuel filter replacement (for diesel cars).
- Air cleaner replacement.
- Alternator hose and vacuum hose inspection.
- Parking brake shoe inspection.
- Remove and rotate road wheels.
Major Service
A major service is recommended every 24 months or 24,000 miles – whichever comes sooner. A major service includes all full service checks, plus other checks including:
- Brake fluid replacement.
- Odour and allergy filter replacement.
- Spark plugs replacement.
- Automatic transmission oil level inspection.
- Test battery.
